Design and construction of a door handle.

The six stages of preparation for the final prototype. The first mock-up was made of cardboard, the functional model is made of pine - which is soft and easy to work - , while for the final model was used pear wood.
The final prototype, made of walnut and MDF, was finally oiled and waxed.

Regarding the material to be used, several tests were made by coupling woods of different types. Walnut wood and MDF was the final choice.
